Job Title: Business AnalystPosition Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements for software development, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and clarify requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents, use cases, and user stories.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform impact analysis to assess the potential implications of proposed changes or enhancements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation activities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
  • Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques such as use case modeling, process flow diagrams, and wireframes is a plus..
