- Good command of language skills - Mandarin Speaker Preferable based on nature of the work
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight, Shipping, Forwarding or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Meticulous and Details Oriented
- Ability to work in teams and open to others' views
- Managing relationship with Client/Carrier/Agent for smooth shipment process, a strong communication skill is ideal
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Managing end to end operation, shipping and sales support functions.
- Act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Constantly review working processes with vendors
- Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers
- Parking subsidy
- Allowance will be Mobile allowance/ Commission after confirm
- Bonuses
- Annual Leave : 14 - 18 days per annum
- Group Medical Coverage : Outpatient (Red Alert), GHS & PA
- Salary will subject to statutory contributions as per statutory prescribed rate.
