- Prepare or assist in the preparation of various reconciliations, supporting documents and governmental filings
- Prepare and post daily production and other daily activities
- Assist in the compilation and distribution of reports prepared by the Accounting Department
- Assist in the managing of the record retention process. This function includes the sorting, filing and scanning of documents where necessary.
- Prepare and book general ledger journal entries
- Prepare monthly reconciliation schedules
- Prepare census reports (annually / quarterly)
- Compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and provide documentation; when necessary
- Compile and sort documents, such as invoices, tickets, and anything else substantiating business transactions
- Assist in the write-up and post details of business transactions in general ledger (tack, AC oil, Cement, etc.)
- Assists with bank reconciliations and posting of activities
- Back up to other members on the team
- Other duties as assigned
