As a member of the GardaWorld team, you will have the opportunity to work with dedicated individuals.Headquartered in St. Louis, MO & reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, we are looking for a Senior HR Compliance and Employee Relations Analyst. In this role, you will own all aspects of the HR Compliance Function. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting internal investigations & employee relations matters to support the HR department.Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct independent investigations of highly complex HR-related allegations in order to thoroughly fact-find, reach investigative conclusions, recommend resolutions & mitigate risk to the company within a timely manner.
- Provide consultation, guidance, and coaching to Human Resources and business partners on the appropriate handling and resolution of employee relations matters.
- Manage internal and external HR compliance audits, compiling data for regulatory reporting and audits, reviewing reports, and assessing HR-related risks.
- Work closely with internal HR Partners and other Business leaders to address HR-related compliance issues.
- Responsible for all HR compliance needs, including affirmative action planning, EEO-1 Reporting, California Pay Data Reporting, accreditation audits, governmental reporting, etc..
- You'll be responsible for researching compliance regulations and policies, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Develops, coordinates, and conducts training and educational programs designed to educate and support employees regarding all HR Compliance-related matters
- Communicate regularly with the legal office to ensure compliance with new and changing regulations.
- Develops a working knowledge of critical state and federal laws and guidelines of regulatory agencies for areas of responsibility, including affirmative action, EEO-1, FLSA, FMLA, etc.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Four or more years of experience in HR, Compliance, Employee Relations/Investigations, or other similar field
- Previous experience handling employee investigations and sensitive HR-related matters
- Excellent communication skills -- you will interact with customers and cross-functional teammates regularly.
- Previous experience with EEO-1, OEWS, CA Pay Data reporting, etc..
- Organized with strong project management skills with a strategic mindset.
