Job Description:Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)What are we looking for?Skills Required:

Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, HTML/CSS, and React.
Experience in developing, analyzing, testing, installing, and maintaining a range of software programs and applications.
Strong understanding of SQL Server.
Experience in working with Azure integration services like Azure Functions, Azure Login Apps, Azure Event Grid, and Azure Service Bus.
Experience in working with APIs, including GraphQL and REST services.
Experience providing L3 support within IT service desk teams.

Nice to Have:

Tertiary qualification in computing or relevant field or the equivalent level of industry experience.
Experience in DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation infrastructure as code, microservices and monitoring.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, such as authentication, authorization encryption, and security protocols.
Good understanding of the ITIL framework and principles.

What will you do?

Ensuring that applications meet evolving user needs, the role encompasses the entire application lifecycle, including design, development, ongoing maintenance, and improvement in collaboration with stakeholders.
Development: Owning the application lifecycle from translating business requirements into functional and technical documentation, through development, testing, and ongoing maintenance, while adhering to internal and industry standards.
DevOps Delivery: Developing tools and processes to enhance customer experience while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring secure, high-quality application delivery through continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
Technical Support: Providing application support for IT&S products and services across their lifecycle, encompassing incident management, proactive monitoring, user empowerment through knowledge base creation, and continuous improvement of support processes for optimal service delivery.
Any other relevant duties as assigned or requested by IT Applications Manager.
