gpac is working with a clint company in SW Wisconsin that is seeking an Orchard Manager for their apple orchard! They are a small, family-owned company where taking care of their employees is a top priority! As a company of less than 50 people, they strive to pour back into their employees!The company has been around since the 1950’s and when they opened, they were just an orchard. Since then, they have added a food production facility where they slice apples, package them, and send them to K-12 schools across the Midwest!The orchard is 60 acres and has 58,000 trees! The ideal candidate will have experience working in an orchard: pruning, planting, working with pesticides and harvesting, and have leadership experience as you would manage a team of 4 full-time orchard employees.Because this company believes in treating their employees as part of the family, they have a strong company culture and low employee turnover rate.
