It has two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Vadodara (Gujarat) and Mysore (Karnataka). The manufacturing facilities are accredited with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications.The Company has a capacity to manufacture around 40,000 KM per annum of power cables, 3600 KM per annum of instrumentation cables, 6 lakh core KM per annum of jelly filled (copper) telecom cables, 6 lakh fibre KM of optical fibre cables, 4000 MTs of Railway Contact Wire and 2000 MTs of Railway Catenary Wire.KEC entered the cables business by acquiring RPG Cables in 2010. Liable for production-planning supervision, scheduling for production and preparing production schedules
Responsible for planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times
Analyze and interpret bills of material, scopes, specifications, etc. to determine the content & plan manageable work elements
Schedule, expedite & co-ordinate the delivery & movement of critical material including material transfers & conditional material releases
Accountable for preparing production reports

Liable for billing of completed lots and load balancing at shop floor

Responsible for advance action for upcoming months planSkill/ CompetenciesTechnical -

Currently should have ERP working environment preferred
Coordination with customs experience added advantage
Commercial and Business acumen

Functional:

Ensure each operation meets delivery dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders
Co-ordination with plant sites for resolution of day-to-day issues
