- Collect and analyze data from a wide variety of sources, including observation, measures, reports, and other documents, to evaluate adherence to quality standards.
- Report findings to department and site leaders regarding non-conformance and improvement opportunities focused on achieving quality, reliability, scrap and safety goals.
- Maintain documentation of audit activities & findings.
- Review & Evaluate corrective action plans, working with teams to make any changes to strengthen the plan
- Ability to work the following schedule: 7:00 pm - 7:10 am on a cycle of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat.
- Understanding of standard operating procedures (SOP) documents
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and audit procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using ERP systems, with preference for SAP
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions in a clean and professional manner
- $18 per hour
- Night shift includes a shift differential of $1.50
