JOB DETAILSUX Designer at Cyclomedia3.50k - 6k / month 1w agoSenior UX DesignerJob descriptionCyclomedia Technology B.V. is a market and technology leader in large-scale systematic visualization of environments, making accurately positioned 360° panoramic images from public roads (Cycloramas) and distributing aerial images. The in-house developed and patented Cyclorama technology allows high-quality panoramic images to be produced annually on a nationwide scale in a highly automated cloud-based processing pipeline and quality control process.Some specifics: the panoramic recording system has a speed of 10 images per second, a resolution of 100Mpx and a precision of <10cm accuracy. Customers use our images to accurately measure objects (location and sizes). Cyclomedia supplies its accurately positioned images in combination with user-friendly software (Street Smart) that plugs into the existing customer GIS software applications. Street Smart uses the exact recording locations and perfect geometry of the images to geo-tag objects and to visualize existing geo-information as a precisely positioned data layer on top of the panoramic and aerial images. Cyclomedia furthermore develops software to automatically detect and classify objects and to automatically reconstruct 3D from Cycloramas and aerial images. Then you can be the new UX Designer to join our UX team at Cyclomedia.As a UX Designer, you will discover, define, design, and evaluate user experiences for our core products. Your role covers much more than just sketching new features and functionality you will be the one to find out what needs to be created and can own the whole UX cycle from discovery to design and development. Your challenge is to bridge the gap between our end users and engineers and transform ideas to a stunningly smooth and beautiful user experience!Responsibilities

Understand business goals and market landscape and balance between objectives and (technical) specifications/constraints in your UX designs.
Study user needs and customer feedback, gather analytics, and perform live user tests to find out what needs to be created or improved.
Create and evaluate customer journeys for (parts) of our core products.
Develop detailed clickable prototypes (both interaction and visual design).
Communicate designs to customers and colleagues for testing and development.
(Co)create supporting customer materials such as manuals and product visualizations to complete the user experience.

Job requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of industry experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
Track record of business application design projects for B2B or B2G.
Holistic designer: proficient in both interaction design and visual design.
Knowledge of design software (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq), Adobe CC, and HTML/CSS.
Problem-solving, analytical, and creative mindset.
Solid communication skills in English and Dutch.
This role requires you to collaborate with team members in person at least 3 days per week
This role is on-site in Zatlbommel, The Netherlands
