- Work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders in the strategic planning process.

- Establish clear and measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the organizational vision.
- Regularly evaluate and refine strategies based on feedback, data, and evolving circumstances.
- Demonstrate proven experience in advocating and collaborating with various stakeholders, such as government agencies, community organizations, and healthcare partners.
- Exhibit strong networking skills to cultivate relationships with influential figures in the oral health field, including on the national level.
- Establish and sustain partnerships with external organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to augment program effectiveness and reach.
- Engage with a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, policymakers, community leaders, and donors.
- Build and nurture relationships that actively contribute to supporting NNOHA's vision and objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy in alignment with NNOHA's mission.
- Set specific fundraising goals to meet the organization's financial needs.
- Represent NNOHA in public forums, advocating for oral health policies and initiatives.
- Increase awareness of NNOHA's programs and impact through effective communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors in fundraising efforts, providing regular updates and seeking their support in donor cultivation.
- Develop strategies for resource mobilization to realize the organization's vision.
- Explore diverse funding sources, partnerships, and revenue streams for sustained support.
- Will spearhead the creation and development of oral health programs targeting specific populations.
- Supervise the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with established goals and objectives.
- Institute and supervise quality assurance measures to uphold excellence in program delivery.
- Introduce and manage processes for continuous improvement, enhancing program efficiency and impact.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to gauge the impact and effectiveness of programs.
- Conduct regular evaluations of program outcomes, making data-driven decisions for performance enhancement.
- Direct the Finance Department and devise an annual budget.
- Establish sound financial policies for optimal resource use.
- Report budget discrepancies to Board committees.
- Direct staff to align activities with budget guidelines.
- Ensure adequate funds for organizational operations.
- Ensure program compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes for program adjustments.
- Oversee data collection, analyze program outcomes, and create regular stakeholder reports.
- Develop and manage program budgets efficiently.
- Assess potential risks to the organization's vision and strategy.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for effective navigation.
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Care Administration, Public Administration, or similarly related field OR a minimum of 10 years of healthcare management/nonprofit leadership.
- 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience, including public health experience.
- Proven track record in maximizing business and generating revenue streams.
- Effective management skills, including recruitment, hiring, supervision, evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Drive high-level strategy and lead diverse teams.
- Understand nonprofit financial management and budgeting.
- Execute organizational growth, including budget/finance, program development, and marketing/public relations/human resources.
- Strong business acumen and visionary leadership.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong commitment to NNOHA's mission and values for improved oral health.
- Maintain regular communication with the Board.
- Deep understanding of oral health and the broader healthcare landscape.
- Adaptability to changes in healthcare and innovative problem-solving.
- Substantial leadership experience, preferably at the executive level.
- Understanding of industry impacts at the local, state, and national levels
- Proven experience in the oral health or healthcare industry.
- Previous work with non-profit organizations, especially in the health sector.
- Experience leading a membership organization.
