Requisition Number10006284Job TitleVice President of Sales & MarketingLocationIrvineArea of InterestSalesJob DescriptionAs the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will oversee all marketing and sales activities, including lead generation, presentations, contract negotiation, and client onboarding. With a focus on both current lead sources and future expansion plans, including the opening of new business and broadening service offerings across the US, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory. While there are established strategies in place, you will have the opportunity to shape the division to align with the company's corporate aims and values, fostering innovation and growth.Key Responsibilities:General
  • Oversee all Marketing and Sales activities including Lead gen, RFP, Tours, Presentations, Contract, and Onboarding
  • Developing innovative Marketing strategies to target and win new business, including the implementation of on-line marketing strategies to reach a broader customer base.
  • Supervise all corporate sales & marketing personnel and indirect supervision of all sales personnel throughout the business.
  • Provide the general direction for administration, finance, office management, marketing, sales, and personnel.
  • Deliver and attend sales presentations.
  • Coordinate completion of RFP’s and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee market research and keep an active list of competitors.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Manage overall client experience: uniform of message, obtain client information, Primary point of contact.
  • Manage strategy and Innovate new ways to connect with potential clients.
  • Prospect for new clients; meeting with board members, gathering contact information.
  • Organize and represent Action at Industry Events
Reporting
  • Utilize Salesforce to ensure critical data is accurately tracked, including lead sources, timing, and defined stages of the sales process.
  • Manage the sales cycle time and ensure efficiency in the sales process.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for both leading and lagging indicators to measure sales performance.
  • Maintain and update sales forecasts, and report regularly against established goals.
Sales Coaching
  • Regularly provides specific performance feedback and accountability to sales team through established performance review processes.
  • Leads sales meetings and training sessions designed to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Coach / Train Regional Ops team on Presentations.
  • Own sales playbook and continue to improve and develop.
  • Distribute company sales goals to regional levels.
  • Coordinate and improve handoffs between sales and Operations.
  • Collaborate with field leaders to identify local market opportunities.
Client Onboarding
  • Oversee Transition Coordinator
  • Collaborate with department heads to schedule client transitions.
Marketing
  • Lead the planning and development of marketing and communication materials, exhibits, and promotional programs.
  • Oversee Marketing Manager and network of third-party vendors to ensure effective execution.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Develop market-specific lead generation strategies, collaborating with operational leaders for regional and company-wide initiatives.
  • Manage social media strategy, including promotion of podcasts.
  • Implement online advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation across platforms such as Google, Yelp, and BBB
Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 depending upon experiencePosition and Work Environment:
  • This is a hybrid role based out of our Irvine office. The Irvine office provides a modern, technologically advanced work environment that supports a balance of in-office and remote work.
  • Emphasizes a collaborative atmosphere with open communication and mutual respect among team members.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of sales and marketing management experience
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Expertise in designing and implementing sales processes and systems.
  • HOA experience a plus
  • Charismatic leader, with strong interpersonal skills with ability to pass Sales strategy and enthusiasm down to the on-site and regional Sales reports.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to create and drive a culture of responsible selling across not only the Sales teams but also into communities and at every customer interface.
  • Experienced with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and ability to learn latest programs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain seated for prolonged periods during working hours.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to multiple locations.
  • Capable of lifting fifteen (15) pounds as needed.
