Provides direct and indirect resident care under the direction of an RN or LPN. Assists residents with activities of daily living, personal care, comfort and in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of residents.2. Paper charting at Care Center3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Graduate of a Nursing Assistant training program;1 year experience as CNA in a long-term care facility4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
Certification in State of Oregon;BLS5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)

40 - census runs around 15-258. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)
Nurse to patient ratio is 1: 7 on days, 1: 9.5 on evenings and 1: 17 on nights9. Dress Code:
Scrubs of any color/pattern choice as long as tasteful and in good, clean condition. Close-toed, non-slip shoes. Hair pulled back, proper hygiene and grooming (men's beards trimmed, hair pulled back and neat)10. Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.
Shadow training and orientation on first shift until comfortable to work independently on team.
