Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience operating and effectively utilizing Slate
- Ability to positively represent the school effectively in public settings and in interactions with constituents and prospective students
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage projects and tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including knowledge of digital, web, and overarching marketing strategies for strategic recruitment
- Data management and analysis skills • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization while incorporating a collaborative and collegial work style.
- Proficient technology skills.
- Ability to work with multiple software applications that support prospect management and admissions, such as Banner, Slate, and Academic Works.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in admissions or other related experience.
- Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience in admissions.
- Graduate degree in higher education administration, student affairs, or other related field
- Familiarity with the graduate education recruitment cycle
- Experience in graduate admissions
- Experience with Banner, Slate, and higher education adjacent software
- Previous experience supervising staff
