Job Location CasablancaJob DescriptionWelcome to the Homecoming Summer Internship Program for International Exchange Students at Procter & Gamble Morocco ! This exclusive program offers a unique opportunity for international exchange students studying abroad to return to their home country and gain valuable work experience at our head office.Duration: The internship program spans 8 weeks, 1st of July till End of August providing a comprehensive and immersive experience in a face-to-face setting.Location: Interns will be based at our head office in Casablanca, where they will have the chance to work alongside our talented professionals and gain insights into the inner workings of our organization.Program Highlights:Meaningful Projects: Interns will be assigned to impactful projects that align with their areas of study and interests. They will have the opportunity to contribute their skills, knowledge, and fresh perspectives to real-world challenges.Mentorship and Guidance: Throughout the program, interns will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals within their respective fields. Our dedicated mentors will provide support, feedback, and career advice to help interns thrive in their roles.Skill Development: Interns will participate in various training sessions and workshops designed to enhance their professional skills. These sessions may cover areas such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and industry-specific knowledge.Networking Opportunities: Interns will have the chance to build their professional networks by engaging with employees from different departments and levels of the organization. They will also have opportunities to connect with fellow interns and participate in networking events.Exposure to Company Culture: Interns will gain a deep understanding of our company culture, values, and operations. The first two moments is what we focus on when we market products.Your Role as an Intern in Brand Management:You will be offered an internship in a multi-functional Brand team - organized around the brands that we sell in Egypt (Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, OralB, Head&Shoulders, …) - consisting of managers with different functional expertise and background (Brand Management, but also Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising and Media agencies)These are some examples of internship assignments that you could have:You will Co-lead a new launch or evaluating the current strategies of a brand or product.You will Lead monthly market & brand analysis, capture input of multi-functional team to recommend corrective actions for a specific category/initiativeYou will Work on the design & execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR). Lead campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build up) & follow up on executionCo-leading the digital marketing on your brand (visibility, content, local partnerships, eCommerce etc).Co-developing Market and Initiative Reviews.
