The Custody Operations Officer position has recently become available in an established International Financial Institution in Malta. The company is a market leader acknowledged and has an excellent reputation; thus, the number of clients is expanding, and they are searching for a devoted professional skilled in financial institutions to join their top success story.The firm mainly handles international funds and various financial banking activities for unique international clients, allowing you to become acquainted with the worldwide market.The organization is a part of the Swiss financial group and is well-known for its distinct approach to investments and success in private and institutional wealth management, which will give you growth in an established institution and provide numerous prospects in the future.You Will:

Verifying those transactions such as the sale, issuance, repurchase, redemption, and cancellation of shares for Fund clients adhere to Maltese laws, regulations, the Prospectus, and Articles.
Ensuring accurate valuation of Fund client shares in alignment with Maltese laws, regulations, the Prospectus, Articles, and prescribed valuation procedures as per AIFMD, UCITS, and other applicable legislation.
Executing authorized instructions from Fund clients and their managers, provided they align with Maltese laws, regulations, the Prospectus, or the Articles.
Monitoring Funds’ adherence to investment restrictions and leverage limits outlined in their respective Prospectuses and any relevant supplements.
Ensuring timely remittance of consideration to the Fund for transactions involving Fund assets.
Appropriately applying Funds’ income in accordance with Maltese laws, regulations, the Prospectus, and the Articles.

Skills/Qualifications:

Have previous work experience within a similar role
Be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Command excellent numeric and analytical skills

Salary / Remuneration: 26,000 – 28,000 DOE.
