Your role is crucial – without your hard work, our food service department wouldn't run as smoothly. Your job involves clearing tables and bringing tubs of used dishes to the kitchen with a quick and efficient touch. You scrape, rinse, and wash each dish with speed and precision, making sure they're spotless and good to go for the next use. Whether it's delicate wine glasses or big stock pots, you take pride in making every piece shine.
