- Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree required within 5 years of employment.
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - American Red Cross
- DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles
- Must be able to pass Background check and drug screen including Marijuana.
- $33-49 an hour based on years of experience
