- Management for end-to-end events
- Administrative coverage of team meetings and trainings; Congresses; Business trips etc.
- Organizes logistics, engages with suppliers, communicates with participants.
- Coordinates business owners to get events’ content on time.
- In charge of promotional/non-promotional material is approved on time
- Leads end-to-end process (from initiation, planning, timely content creation to approval and distribution) to ensure the content such as documents, material and other activities are available and distributed.
- Coordinates with Agencies, ensures orders & deliveries & internal distribution.
- Manages distribution material stock reporting and reports regular reconciliations of promo/non-promo material flow.
- Regularly monitors and reports of the budget spendings
- Acts as process owner in SAP for management of purchase orders for all activities on a daily basis
- Leads approval process of all marketing activities in internal systems needed, executing approvals in desired time and ensuring its compliance with intercompany rules, SOPs and guidelines.
- Consolidates inputs to achieve timely approvals in line with compliance requirements.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in administration and team support
- Great organizational and communication skills,
- Customer focus, Accuracy, reliability & proactive approach in solving issues,
- Good flexibility with mastered time-management
- IT literacy as well as MS Office knowledge
- Handy with SAP and Access
- Fluency in English as well as Czech or Slovak (spoken & written);
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
