Maintains required documentation for such compliance, expediting purchases and maintaining excellent recordkeeping. Collaborates in the development and the implementation of the School Improvement Plan, the Parent Involvement Plan, and the Parent Compact. Ensures parent and community involvement, training, and communication. Supports academic curriculum to enhance student instruction.PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: List, in the order of time spent, the essential tasks performed by the position. Employees may be assigned additional duties by management as required:Job Responsibility 1:Serves as a collaborative member of the leadership team to foster school improvement and facilitates the joint development of the Parent Compact and Parent Involvement Policy with school community members (including parents).Job Responsibility 2:Ensures and communicates the requirements for Federal and State compliance at the local school level.Job Responsibility 3:Maintains the ESEA digital binder with required Federal monitoring documentation.Job Responsibility 4:Maintains and manages local school Federal account(s) to ensure accurate and efficient management of files and records through EBS reconciliation and budget alignment with the SIP.Job Responsibility 5:Requisitions and receives on goods and services; completes all requirements for travel and registration; monitors the inventory of technology purchased through Federal funds; and documents and submits exception and stipend pay.Job Responsibility 6:Administers, collects, and analyzes the following for school improvement planning: parent and community surveys, teacher professional development surveys, student surveys, and optional student data.Job Responsibility 7:Assists in the development and the revisions of spending plans reflective of federal guidelines and research based strategies identified in the SIP.Job Responsibility 8:Attends ESEA Training Sessions and other trainings necessary for successful job performance.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIREMENTS, AND IMPACTSDATA RESPONSIBILITY: “Data Responsibility” refers to information, knowledge, and conceptions obtained by observation, investigation, interpretation, visualization, and mental creation.
