Understand client needs and provide timely solutions and support.
Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the plywood market.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales plans and set targets for specific regions or market segments.Sales Support:Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and smooth order processing.
Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business transactions using CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.
Customer Service:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service before, during, and after the sales process.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
