This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests.As a member of the Seven Falls team, the Seasonal Seven Falls Park Housekeeper will assist with maintaining park premises in clean and orderly manner with the focus on all public restrooms, elevator lobbies, offices, and employee breakroom.   • Has a smile with a welcoming and positive attitude that supports the philosophy of a Broadmoor owned property.
  • Consistently provides a high level of service and attentiveness to all guests, external and internal.
  • Assists guests with park information and any guidance
  • Operates a small utility off highway vehicle to transport self and other items throughout the park
  • Cleans ALL restrooms, elevators, elevator lobbies, Park offices, locker rooms and other work areas by using hands, brooms, dust pans, mops, vacuums, brushes, rags, cleaning products or any other tool appropriate to the specific tasks.
  • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
  • Scrubs, deodorizes, and sanitizes all restrooms toilets and sinks.
  • Cleans rugs, furniture, windows which include interior and exterior
  • Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
  • Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
  • Empties wastebaskets in assigned work areas and wipes tables as necessary
  • Performs special deep cleaning assignments throughout the park.
  • The Park Attendant must report any maintenance issues to their supervisor, or Park Manager.
  • Monitors daily function sheets to determine necessary service times in applicable areas.
  • Collects soiled rugs for timely replacement.
  • Assists in the delivery of all guests’ requests throughout the canyon as they pertain to housekeeping.
  • Maintains adequate supplies in assigned work areas to meet the guest needs and complete tasks according to standards.
  • Responsible for alerting Park Supervisors or Park Manager of guest feedback deemed valuable for correcting or enhancing attendance relations and experiences.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • All other duties assigned by Park Supervisors and Park Manager

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, preferably with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs. with assistance) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
