We are seeking a talented and analytical BI Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and drive data-driven initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer business questions and solve problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics for monitoring business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data quality controls and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and data interpretation.
- Stay current with BI technologies and best practices to continuously improve data analytics capabilities.
- Participate in projects related to data governance, data warehousing, and data integration as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and principles.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes is a plus.
