The Pool Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse - Pool DPC RN is a licensed professional able to demonstrate the following proficiency and mastery of the core competencies: assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership and service who delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing and promoting evidence based practice standards of quality, safety and service. Estimated pay range for this position is $45.00 / hour depending on experience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing – BSN preferred. RNs hired with an Associate’s degree have 5 years to complete the BSN degree.Qualified candidates must have:
Minimum 18 months of acute Dialysis setting experience required
Current Florida RN license required
BLS and ACLS for healthcare providers required
Required to work minimum shift including weekend and holiday requirements as outlined in nursing staffing policy.
