Detail Manager at Hubler Honda is responsible for overseeing a team of detailers to clean, polish, and maintain customers' vehicles. Compensation for the role of Detail Manager at Hubler Honda is hourly and ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Additional benefits may include Health Care, PTO, 401K, and more.Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the workflow and productivity of the detail team
- Train and evaluate team members on techniques, cleaning processes, and customer service
- Ensure vehicles are properly delivered to customers on time and that inspection requirements are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Lead by example and model effective communication
- Maintain accurate and timely records
- Determine technical and personnel solutions to customer complaints
- Uphold company standards and ensure the team complies with established safety regulations
- Three to five years’ experience as a detailer or related position
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of detailing products, tools, and equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
