- Negotiate and facilitate the sale or purchase of properties

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office and other real estate software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
