- Identify project opportunities and carry out pitches with clients
- Produce proposals incl. cost estimates, resource allocation and convince in client interaction as well as expectation management
- Manage projects, workstreams and tasks end-to-end
- Work closely with our global stakeholders to analyze the strategic needs of the organization and design state-of-the-art Talent Management Portfolio
- Design and implement Executive and Non-Executive Development journeys; Consult and act as a sparring partner for Talents through their journey in the role of Talent Partner
- Shape and handle (re-)design of any assessment or development activities/talent frameworks in close alignment with Allianz Group Standards
- Own and drive Succession Planning and Development for Executives
- Enable Talent Development and internal talent mobility for the Executive and Non-Executive level together with all People Function interfaces, Managers and Talents on a strategic and operational level
- Maintain Talent Data and prepare for Talent Conferences including yearly Talent Discussion of Executives; Drive strategic Talent Management projects with data-driven approach through talent KPIs
- Contribute to overarching initiatives like Diversity and Inclusion and other strategic projects
- Successfully completed studies (preferably Master's degree or similar)
- 6-10 years of rounded experience in HR - ideally in Talent Management or related functions
- Advanced experience in project management and proven track record of international HR projects
- Intercultural awareness and sensitivity as well as experience in working in a global role
- A strong mix of analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working in a hybrid and global work set-ups
- High customer-orientation, pragmatic and solution-focused approach
- Experiences in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome
- Fluent in English
