In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities, such as repairs and cleaning, to ensure that our associations are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge.You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. Necessary shift changes will occur due to workload or weather-related circumstances.What Winning Looks Like:
  • Receive daily work orders through our internal software system and ensure each request is assessed and completed as soon as possible.
  • Communicate the status of a work order directly on the software system by entering notes, questions, pictures, and any other important information.
  • Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, gates, etc.
  • Assess and track the time spent on each work order to properly invoice clients.
  • Install necessary equipment, furniture, and signage as needed.
  • Minor electrical repairs such as light bulbs and fixtures.
  • Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.
  • Perform pressure washing, painting, and graffiti removal.
  • Inspect, clean, and repair rain gutters.
  • Installation and cleaning of doggy stations and replacement of doggy bags as necessary.
  • Perform termite repairs and fencing repairs as needed.
  • Perform light plumbing work.
  • Follow all Communication Procedures, Guidelines, and Policies.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust, integrity, and respect in line with company values through open and interactive communication both internally and externally.
Skills Needed to Win:

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with peers and with homeowners/residents.
  • Ability to write in a style that is both professional and polished.
  • Ability to speak professionally and communicate with transparency.
  • The ability to adapt to different software and to utilize technology quickly is required.
  • Ability to utilize technology such as tablets and smartphones.
  • Proven experience as a field service employee or other similar position, preferably in an HOA setting.
  • Basic working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, and “handyman” type work.
  • Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Word is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus but not required.
  • Field Experience is a plus but not required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Salary:The range for this role considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certification, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each case. The current range is a reasonable estimate.
