managing the full life-cycle of large-scale industrial projects
completing a project estimate
working alongside the architect during the design phase
reviewing subcontractor bids and selecting subcontractors
visiting the job site weekly and providing progress reports to stakeholders
ensuring the project is being completed according to schedule and budget

at least 1 year of experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or similar
a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, engineering or similar
commercial construction experience preferred
excellent communication skills both verbal and written
strong problem-solving skills
proficiency with Microsoft office
