  • managing the full life-cycle of large-scale industrial projects
  • completing a project estimate
  • working alongside the architect during the design phase
  • reviewing subcontractor bids and selecting subcontractors
  • visiting the job site weekly and providing progress reports to stakeholders
  • ensuring the project is being completed according to schedule and budget

  • at least 1 year of experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or similar
  • a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, engineering or similar
  • commercial construction experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft office
