Payroll Administrator (UK Experienced)

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, from data collection and validation to disbursement.
• Prepare P60s, P11Ds, and process statutory payments such as SSP and Maternity Pay.
• Liaise with clients to ensure deadlines are met and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems.
• Stay up to date on all relevant tax and legal regulations affecting payroll.
• Address and resolve payroll queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and submit all required payroll reports.
• Liaise with clients to ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met.
• Maintain confidentiality of all payroll data.
• May supervise or train payroll staff.

• 5+ years of experience working in a similar UK payroll management role.
• Proven ability to independently manage the entire payroll process.
• Expertise in Bright Pay and Moneysoft is required. Knowledge of IRIS would be beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• ACCA Part Qualified, AAT Qualified, or other relevant UK payroll qualifications.
