Role: Customer Experience Partner Experience required : 7 to 10 years Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30PM IS T Extensive background in customer service Previous experience in BPO preferred Proficiency in handling escalations Excellent communication skill Help resolve all customer issues and engage relevant stakeholders as required to facilitate timely and effective solutions. Responsible to manage Outstanding Report & Unbilled Finance Report Escalation Management Identifies process gaps, cost leakages, cost avoidance/saving ideas and suggestions on process improvements Coach and Train new onboarded Teammate Review standard working procedures within your areas and update them timely Continuously review business processes, identify, and propose changes that will improve quality, timeliness, and productivity Keep Team Leader informed on all critical issues related to performance in general as well as specific ones Handel Basic Customer & Stakeholder emails Achieves expected productivity, timelines and quality targets and controls errors Flexible with afternoon shift Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
