Reconciliation of vendor accounts, customer accounts and general ledger accounts in accordance with policies and procedures as assigned by specific role definition
Bank account reconciliation in accordance with policies and procedures as assigned by specific role definition
Clean-up of accounts
Preparation and posting of manual journal entries into designated ERP system(s) as requested
Adhere to monthly cutoffs and month end processing as defined by other teams within Global Business Services and division finance personnel on monthly basis.
Maintain assigned checklists and documentation for assigned activities.
Respond to divisional, corporate, and other Global Business Services area inquiries.
Cross-training with personnel in other functional areas, as required.
Other special projects as assigned

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, experience with accounting in an SSC is an advantage
Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
Ability to meet deadlines
Motivated self-starter with strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to meet deadlines
