Proven track record as a Head Sommelier, ideally in a high-end dining establishment.
Demonstrated expertise in curating and managing a diverse wine program, catering to varying tastes and preferences.
Extensive knowledge of different grape varietals, wine regions, and production methods.
Ability to maintain and update an extensive wine list, ensuring it reflects current trends and offers a balanced selection.
Experience in staff training and development, with a focus on enhancing wine knowledge and service skills among team members.
