- Create, maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Enter and administrate internal and special orders,
- Issue credit notes, administration of the technical claims and guarantee programs,
- Internal and external reporting activities,
- Support IT with integration set up and UAT testing of new solutions in Oracle.
- Knowledge of English language - advanced level required, German language knowledge is a benefit,
- Previous experience with customer master data maintenance is a plus,
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Office,
- Previous experience with ORACLE/SAP/Salesforce or other systems is an advantage,
- Ability to work in a team environment but to be independent; time management and prioritization skills is a must.
