We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual with Administration skills to join our Campbellfield office.About the role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who is able to work in fast-paced environment.What you will do with us:
  • First contact person for all sales, service & spare parts enquiries;
  • Provide sales, project and administrative support;
  • Preparation of quotes where required;
  • Process monthly invoicing on a national level
  • Maintain Expected Invoicing schedule;
  • Create, review and maintain clients' files in Accounting system & CRM;
  • Support Sales team with Lead Generation activities;
  • Assist with Project coordination activities;
  • Schedule service call outs and maintain service schedule
What you will bring to the role:
  • Customer service excellence focused
  • Experience with building relationships with customers
  • SAP experience will be highly regarded
