- First contact person for all sales, service & spare parts enquiries;
- Provide sales, project and administrative support;
- Preparation of quotes where required;
- Process monthly invoicing on a national level
- Maintain Expected Invoicing schedule;
- Create, review and maintain clients' files in Accounting system & CRM;
- Support Sales team with Lead Generation activities;
- Assist with Project coordination activities;
- Schedule service call outs and maintain service schedule
- Customer service excellence focused
- Experience with building relationships with customers
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
