- Independently develop, negotiate and lead new, strategic partnerships in order to exponentially scale VIVAHR's network.
- Tenaciously search for and identify potential platform and channel partners that will increase and accelerate new customer adoption.
- Work cross-functionally to get input and drive alignment with key partners (e.g., product, engineering, and marketing) on the terms of the partnership and the associated business growth opportunities.
- Clearly and succinctly summarize sophisticated partnership concepts in order to share and present with executive leadership.
- Cultivate relationships with leaders and innovators in SaaS SMB ecosystem so that you can be aware of the latest trends and opportunities.
- Bring deep knowledge in hiring, SaaS and channel partnerships to act as a subject matter expert and leader within VIVAHR that brings innovative concepts to VIVAHR.
- 6+ years of relevant partnerships experience
- Experience with partner marketing
- Integrity to say no to a deal that doesn't make sense
- A strong sense of ownership, drive and solution-mindfulness
- Proficient in writing both technical and conversational
- Excellent teammate who is about a culture of belief in winning as a team
- Ability to balance important and impactful negotiating and prospecting continuously
- Professional, friendly, and patient
- Self-motivated to find solutions to problems
