What the role is:You will be part of the Human Resource Division in the Professional and Corporate Development Group. As trusted adviser and strategic partner to line divisions in HR matters, we strive for MSF to be an “employer of choice” to fulfil our mission of building a society that is cohesive and resilient. We are looking for HR Professionals to join our dynamic team.What you will be working on:Responsibilities As Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager (Performance and Rewards Management), you will play an active role in shaping the performance management strategy and rewards philosophy to attract and retain talents within MSF. You will be involved in the following: • Provide advice to senior management and facilitate annual performance and promotion exercise as well as related appeals and reviews. • Review and implement end-to-end performance management administration processes using the new HR system. • Review policies and practices to align with performance and rewards strategies. • Engage middle managers by organising performance management related workshops. • Manage key stakeholders on performance and rewards management matters. • Conduct review on performance and compensation structures and provide recommendations for MSF and corporate entities under MSF-Family. • Organise annual MSF Appreciates ceremony to recognise promotees.What we are looking for:Requirements Functional/Technical Competencies • Tertiary education in any discipline, preferably in Statistics or Human Resource • Strong analytical and organisation skills • Meticulous, numerically inclined, proficient in Excel • Experience in performance management, compensation and rewards management will be an advantage. Candidates with no experience may still apply.
