- Process ArmyIgnitED electronic tuition assistance requests and other forms of tuition assistance (admission and enrollment), maintain inventory, submit requests for supplies, update printed materials, update student handbook.
- Assist students with admission procedures for University and School of Nursing. Assist with support services in the areas of admissions, continuing education, counseling, testing, financial aid, records, and student accounts.
- Maintain student academic records for FLW. Copy and collate tests, handouts, and syllabi for faculty.
- Receive and distribute mail for the Fort Leonard Wood campus.
- Print, inventory, and update brochures, nursing paperwork, applications, orientation packets, student handbook, and course schedules as directed by the nursing program coordinator.
- Print, inventory, and update recruitment materials for various events. Attend recruitment events as needed or directed by the program coordinator for nursing.
- Coordinate post passes for visitors and students.
- Maintain social media accounts for Lincoln University Fort Leonard Wood.
- Maintain office supply and electronics inventory. Submit requests for office supplies.
- Assist students with navigation of the self-service system as needed.
- Interact with Truman Education Center personnel regarding classroom assignments, tuition, assistance, and education policies. Work closely and communicate with Military Affairs Coordinator regarding tuition assistant.
- Assist with combined college graduation, LU graduation and pinning, to include but not limited to checking pins/lamps, measuring and ordering of caps and gowns, coordinate photographer, creating the class slide show, creating the ceremony program.
- Prepare Lincoln University display for Army Education Week each November.
- Serve as a proctor for the Math Placement Exam and Missouri Constitution Exam.
- High school diploma or equivalent with five years administrative experience.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Proficient in all Microsoft systems.
- Knowledge of Colleague (data management system). Preferred
- Utilize Colleague for entry of a variety of student information.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to greet all office visitors, conduct telephone business professionally, articulate accurate verbal and written information regarding Lincoln University's nursing programs.
- Proficiency in scheduling and maintaining electronic calendars.
- Light sedentary office work.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
