What You''ll Be Doing:
  • Organizing Excellence: You''ll maintain meticulous organization within our parts room, conducting regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and keeping detailed records of items received and issued.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison between Maintenance, Operations, and other departments, ensuring that all parts are available when needed and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Proactive Planning: Assist in both short and long-range planning, ensuring that backlog and available resources are balanced to support proactive maintenance initiatives.
Mission Critical Competencies:
  • Inventory Accuracy: You''ll be responsible for maintaining precise inventory records through regular cycle counting and reporting.
  • Efficient Ordering: Assist in ordering and placing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Collaborative Communication: Foster close collaboration with Maintenance and Planning teams, scheduling meetings and sharing critical information on parts availability.

Desired Qualifications:
