- Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison between Maintenance, Operations, and other departments, ensuring that all parts are available when needed and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Proactive Planning: Assist in both short and long-range planning, ensuring that backlog and available resources are balanced to support proactive maintenance initiatives.
- Inventory Accuracy: You''ll be responsible for maintaining precise inventory records through regular cycle counting and reporting.
- Efficient Ordering: Assist in ordering and placing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Collaborative Communication: Foster close collaboration with Maintenance and Planning teams, scheduling meetings and sharing critical information on parts availability.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail will be crucial in this role.
- Effective Communication: You''ll excel in oral and written communication, facilitating meetings and interacting positively with team members and vendors.
