Position: Account Manager( Work from Home)Tenure: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Permanent Conversion)Working Mode: RemoteSalary : Open for negotiationResponsibilities
  • Sourcing and developing new client leads.
  • Drive new account sales by demonstrating the benefits of the company's products and services.
  • Introduce new client business to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
  • Convert leads into sales; ensures high quality interaction with potential clients.
  • Ensure an adequate communication system and client satisfaction with regards to their needs and interests, providing sales representation.
  • Generating and retaining clients and following up on client matters.
  • Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Identify business opportunities, and potential clients and negotiate to create profitable accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field;
  • 2+ years in a similar industry or within the financial sector;
  • Computer literacy with good command of Google apps;
  • Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes;
  • Keep pro-active position in running a business;
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese/Malays or another SEA languages is a plus
