- Sourcing and developing new client leads.
- Drive new account sales by demonstrating the benefits of the company's products and services.
- Introduce new client business to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
- Convert leads into sales; ensures high quality interaction with potential clients.
- Ensure an adequate communication system and client satisfaction with regards to their needs and interests, providing sales representation.
- Generating and retaining clients and following up on client matters.
- Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Identify business opportunities, and potential clients and negotiate to create profitable accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field;
- 2+ years in a similar industry or within the financial sector;
- Computer literacy with good command of Google apps;
- Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes;
- Keep pro-active position in running a business;
- Ability to travel when required.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin/Cantonese/Malays or another SEA languages is a plus
