As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust, scalable platforms that support our extensive EV charging network and services. This position requires a blend of solid technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to sustainable e-mobility solutions.Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable, reliable platform solutions that support the growth and functionality of our EV charging network.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Customer Success, IT, and Engineering, to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
Ensure platform performance, monitoring system health and security, and promptly addressing any technical issues.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and ongoing support.
Lead innovation by staying informed of the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for the adoption of new solutions that can enhance our service offerings.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to both internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our platform services.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in platform engineering, including proficiency in cloud technologies, microservices architectures, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and frameworks, with experience in agile environments and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges and streamline operational processes.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, oriented towards building consensus and fostering an inclusive team environment.
Experience with EV charging systems and protocols such as OCPP and OCPI is highly advantageous.
Commitment to driving innovation in the EV charging industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
