Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesTo execute product strategies for the Americas. Collaborate with MRV, and Group companies (Erkunt, MAM, Hisarlar, Sampo), Farm Machinery and manufacturing teams to develop new products, enhance existing ones, or localise for Brazil, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and cost targetsCoordinate with all the stake holders and provide the necessary inputs for Business Case like RWUP mapping, application etcDevelop Component Sources: Identify and develop sources for various components and attachments leveraging the expertise of MRV, Erkunt, and Farm Machinery teams for thorough validation (ex as being done for Seats)Debottlenecking any issues in production of any model / variant and providing alternate optionsAssess any impact of ECN being done for standardization (mainly from Brazil's perspective, since 40% of parts are being locally sourced)ExperienceKnowledge of product lifecycle management,Technical details on Farm Machinery, mainly tractorsIndustry PreferredBE /Diploma in Mech or Auto EngineeringQualificationsGeneral RequirementsCross Functional CollaborationInnovative thinkingProblem solving and Decision makingKnowledge of product lifecycle management,Technical details on Farm Machinery, mainly tractors
