- Handle incoming calls and emails for room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide detailed information about resort amenities, services, room types, and rates.
- Use the reservations system to check availability and book reservations accurately.
- Assist guests with special requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
- Process reservation-related paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on guest bookings and confirmations.
- Identify and maximize room sales opportunities to enhance revenue.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the reservation process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort events, promotions, and policies.
- Previous experience in customer service or reservations is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn reservation management software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
