- Develop marketing strategy to achieve annual sales target assigned by the company/client
- Propose annual advertisement & promotional budget and implement tactics to achieve business objectives
- Engage sales team with adequate resources allocation to develop regional plans and maximize business opportunities
- Develop key opinion leaders to increase rare disease awareness and share management experience
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust plans accordingly to anticipate future trends and increase competitive advantages
- Identify opportunities of patient journey for assigned rare diseases and align internal & clients' resources to improve disease awareness and diagnosis rate
- Leverage stakeholders to shape better rare disease policy and improve disease management quality
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
- Demonstrate advanced negotiation skills & advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Influence power to engage team members & motivate the morale
- Fluent coach skill to increase people productivity
- High emotional intelligence to work under pressure
