• Providing software packages for the ALDI IT Enterprise
• Analysis, classification and software packaging tasks
• Handling incidents, requests
• Improving processes (documentation, automation)
• Cooperating with other IT and non-IT departments in relation to software packaging and implement softwares
• Update existing software packages
• Take part in the software lifecycle management process

• Experience in software packaging and software lifecycle management
• Strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of packaging softwares and processes (InstallShield, Advance installer, Orca etc.)
• Intermediate knowledge in Software Distribution solutions
• Good knowledge of the Windows operating systems (Win10-Win11, Windows Server), knowledge of Windows Installer component
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft PowerShell
• Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
• Can work in a multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
