This role offers the unique opportunity for partnership within our esteemed organization.Essential Job Functions:- Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards.- Clinical Excellence: Ensure high-quality patient care delivery by maintaining clinical standards, implementing best practices, and facilitating staff training and development.- Business Development: Drive business growth initiatives, foster relationships with referring physicians, and explore new opportunities to expand clinic services.- Patient Relations: Maintain exceptional patient relations by addressing concerns, ensuring patient satisfaction, and upholding the clinic's reputation for excellence.Qualifications:- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.- Current state licensure and CPR certification.- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving clinic growth.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.Physical Requirements:- Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.- Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).- Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.- Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:
