QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing or DTC e-commerce.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing creative excellence and proven results in driving ecommerce sales.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with deep understanding of audience insights and digital marketing principles.
- Proven track record in client relationship management, understanding business objectives and delivering creative solutions.
- Experience in creating static and video ads from scratch, including storyboarding, copywriting, and editing.
- Proficiency in overseeing ad creation and campaign management on Meta and TikTok, maximizing creative impact and audience engagement.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience providing creative briefs to guide design teams and proficiency in performance analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends in digital marketing and ecommerce.
