Account Representative

• Cross-reference current customer kits and provide quotes for exact competitive crosses as well as uncover Medline preferred opportunities.
• Facilitate sample requests with the Sample Coordinator to assist in closing new business.
• Ensure accurate quoting and item set-up by working closely with Medline departments.
• Work with other Account Reps to assist with inbound product support inquiries via phone and email.
• Act as the primary contact for product support questions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Experience in controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
• Experience in processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years in a customer service setting.
• SAP and AS/400 experience.
