Verification of amounts on applicable invoices
Preparation of cash disbursement vouchers and processing wire transfer requests
Tracking contract expenditures and their compliance with contractual terms
Reporting on the invoice registration process
Keeping in touch with suppliers and processing invoices in due time

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Attention to detail and great organisational skills
English and French at least at B2 level
Experience with accounting or finance processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing etc.)
MS Office skills
