Задачи по созданию СММ-контента для одного из лидирующий в мире брендов чая Dilmah: информационные, рекламные, имиджевые материалы. Возможно также частичное участие в других брендах. Компания гарантирует интересные задачи, ответственность за проработку имиджа бренда в социальных сетях и, помощь дизайнера и поддержку со стороны коллег, регулярные тимбилдинги. В офисе у нас есть возможность заниматься спортом и участвовать по желанию в еженедельных групповых тренировках с коллегами в отличной атмосфере нашей дружной семьи.Обязанности:Разработка и реализация стратегии продвижения бренда в социальных сетях: Inst, ВК,Telegram, а также ведение Яндекс Дзен;Составление контент-планов на месяц и постинг с учетом инфоповодов и маркетинг-календаря;Создание визуального ряда в едином стиле с учетом духа бренда, создание премиального имиджа бренда в соцсетях;Регулярная работа над увеличением охватов, вовлеченности и количества подписчиков с помощью креативного контента, взаимодействие с аудиторией;Организация фото/видео съемок с привлечением подрядчиков;Коллаборации с различными партерами в рамках социальных сетей;Анализ эффективности проводимых мероприятий и корректировка стратегии на основе полученных данных;Поиск блогеров для сотрудничества, составление ТЗ для блогеров;Деловая переписка на английском языке с офисом в Шри-Ланке, создание ежемесячных отчетов;Аналитика статистики в соцсетях, отчетность на ключевые метрики. Требования:Высшее образование.Опыт работы в области SMM от 2-х лет, желательно с премиальными брендами.Глубокое понимание принципов работы социальных сетей и их алгоритмов.Навыки создания качественного контента (текст, графика, видео).Умение анализировать данные и принимать решения на основе полученной информации.Коммуникабельность, ответственность, креативность.Знание инструментов аналитики для оценки эффективности SMM-стратегии (Google Analytics, Яндекс.Метрика).Навыки работы с рекламными платформами социальных сетей (например, Facebook Ads).Личные качества: креативное мышление, умение мыслить “Out of the box”, системность, аккуратность, ответственность, широкий кругозор;Уровень английского языка – Upper-Intermediate;Наличие портфолио.
