- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold the company's standards and exceed client expectations.
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, track costs against budget allocations, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and close-out documentation, for internal records and client deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience 3 years in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on PEMB projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
